The Salt Lake Board of REALTORS®, a professional trade association since 1917, promotes the benefits of private property rights and assists its members to better serve the public through training, advocacy, the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, and business tools. We always welcome inquiries from the public.

The Mission of the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® is to support the professional REALTOR® through Advocacy, Education, Communication and Service.
Governed by a Board of Volunteer Directors and a dedicated team of staff members, the Salt Lake Board is committed to the smooth functioning of the real estate market in our community, and brings over 90 years of experience to the task of advising on property issues. The links on the left provide ways to bring specific questions and concerns to the attention of Board experts.
The Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® is the best place for advice on resolving the disputes that sometimes arise between the individuals involved in a real estate transaction. The Board educates its members in the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. It demands high standards of compliance as a condition of membership, so ethical disputes are uncommon. When Code infractions occur, they are addressed promptly. There is an established procedure for processing complaints and disputes via the Board's mediation, arbitration and disciplinary facilities.
